i found the staff very helpful. the location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

The noise insulation was definitely lacking. i could hear everything from neighboring rooms, including conversations and tv sounds. the breakfast was also a letdown. Pastries seemed stale, and the fruit tasted underripe. the fruit flies buzzing around the food were quite annoying, so i opted to buy breakfast elsewhere.

the hotel was super clean and looked pretty new. the staff were always helpful. mohamed at reception, he was super friendly and professional and always smiling. i really liked that.

i found that the soundproofing wasn't very good. i could hear a lot of noise from the other rooms. this made it hard to sleep sometimes.
